Has any one here read the play 'Our Husband Has Gone Mad Again' by Ola Rotimi?CAF are the typical Major Lejoka Brown; confused, and somewhat loco.I mean, you name 10 of Africa's best players and nowhere do we see Papiss Demba Cisse, Seydou Doumbia, Emmanuel Emenike or OSaze Odemwingie? But they have Asamoah Gyan, Adel Taraabt, Dede Ayew, etc?Look, if its a popularity contest, we understand. But if we want some hard facts to back nominations, then these gentlemen deserve to be there.Odemwingie…See More

ASK A QUESTION, WIN A SIGNED SHIRT!

This is big, and you can only get it on Team KON. I am going to Guinea with the Super Eagles later today.

So here is a chance for you all to win something.

1. If you have any question for Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo, post it here, and I will ask him when I get there.

2. Predict the score for the Guinea v Nigeria game.

The best question, coupled with the correct answer, will win a signed shirt from Yobo, with a picture where he actually writes your name!

Oh, and the… Continue

Eagles unhappy with Eguavoen's new style

Sunset at Dawn.

Okay, the phrase is not mine. It's the title of a book I read years ago as a kid, but it effectively describes what is going on right now within the SuperEagles camp.

I left the place about an hour ago, and over the past two days, i have noticed two key things.

1. Eguavoen has dropped his 'hard man' coaching style of four years ago. He is more like a gentleman now, giving the players a little too much leeway.

2. Many of the players don't like it.

Today… Continue

E don happen!

At last, the FIFA ban that we've all expected has come. Its not a ban in the strict sense of the word, just a suspension. For now.

Perhaps the only surprise is that it took so long.

What I do not want to see, is a quick fix solution that gets us unbanned, and then we return to square one, just like it happened after the World Cup.

All parties concerned must commit to a lasting solution.

Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.

A battle line has been drawn… Continue

I am really dissappointed, but not surprised ,with the result of today's match...I'd thought that they (players and technical crew)would prove me wrong, with at least a draw .well, such is the make of the game ,you win some and lose some.I was pained by the fact that our coaches have refused to learn...what on earth are players like ayila, odiah, enaroumo doing in the team!when are we going make use of a potentially strong midfield combination of up and coming players like obiorah nwankwo, joel obi, mikel obi and lukman haruna...any three combinations of these players is a masterclass. The defence for me needs another option in the rightback position, the central is ok.The attack ,with the exception of enaramou and "the will soon be fit" Ik uche,is ok...please help us communicate to eguavoen that the time to inject fresh ,talented , young boys is now!Let us prepare for the future.thanks
